Human Resources Manager - Employee Relations

Job Title: HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at our Hyderabad headquarters. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in HR operations and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees

Oversee employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and implementing disciplinary actions

Monitor and report on key HR metrics, such as turnover and retention rates

Coordinate and conduct training and development programs for employees

Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems

Collaborate with department managers to address HR-related issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

4+ years of experience in HR operations
