Role Description The HR Transformation Subject Matter Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for leading HR transformation initiatives, including process design, policy development, and change management across core HR functions. The specialist will collaborate with client stakeholders to assess current HR frameworks, define future-state models, and translate business requirements into scalable, technology-enabled solutions, particularly on Oracle Fusion. Day-to-day activities include facilitating workshops, conducting diagnostic assessments, preparing detailed documentation and presentations, and guiding configuration teams with functional expertise. The role also involves supporting implementation governance, tracking project milestones, mitigating risks, and providing advisory support to ensure successful adoption of new HR systems and practices.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in HR transformation, including process re-engineering, organizational design, and change management.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (HCM) or similar enterprise HRIS platforms, including requirements gathering and solution design.
• Sound understanding of core HR domains such as talent management, performance management, compensation, learning, and HR operations.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders at multiple levels, and present complex concepts clearly.
• Proven capability in project delivery, including planning, documentation, risk management, and implementation support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical HR and technology solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to produce client-ready reports and decks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build trusted relationships with clients and internal partners.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Prior consulting experience or experience leading HR transformation projects in small or mid-sized organizations is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with digital HR trends, employee experience design, and data-driven HR decision-making is an advantage.
