Location: Plant (Himatnagar)

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Plant HR team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience who are eager to build a career in Human Resources within a manufacturing environment. The selected candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, attendance management, and statutory compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for plant positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Support attendance, leave management, shift data, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate employee joining, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Assist in maintaining HRMIS and employee database.
- Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and welfare initiatives.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in disciplinary processes and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and employee documentation.
- Support statutory compliance activities and maintain required records.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other documentation as required.
- Perform any other HR-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or MSW (HR) preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience in a manufacturing/FMCG environment will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and labour laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
