Job Description

The role involves managing end-to-end flexi manpower operations, statutory compliance, and HR lifecycle processes, including hiring of FTC, BOAT, STT, and apprentices. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labour laws, seamless onboarding, vendor coordination, HRIS transactions, and audit readiness, while also supporting performance management, employee engagement, and cross-functional coordination. This position requires strong ownership, stakeholder management, and process orientation to manage the role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end flexi manpower hiring (FTC, BOAT, STT, Apprentices) including sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and joining.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, ESIC, Apprenticeship Act, and statutory requirements.
  • Handle BOAT & Apprenticeship lifecycle management including registrations, contracts, and reporting.
  • Execute HRIS/HCM transactions such as hiring, exits and data management.
  • Coordinate and monitor PR creation, PO processing, GRN, and vendor management.
  • Drive campus hiring initiatives and institutional coordination (colleges, IDTR, etc.).
  • Support performance management processes including cycle execution, moderation, and promotions.
  • Ensure timely documentation, MIS reporting, and audit readiness.
  • Act as SPOC for HSE compliance and training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, and external stakeholders for seamless execution of HR processes.
  • Address employee queries and grievances effectively while ensuring policy adherence.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Human Resources / Industrial Relations or related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance requirements
  • Experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management
  • Exposure to contract labour, apprenticeship management, and flexi hiring (FTC, BOAT, STT)
  • Proficiency in HRMS/HCM systems and data management
  • Good understanding of PR/PO processes and vendor coordination
  • Strong analytical, MIS, and documentation skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to handle audits, compliance reviews, and process adherence
