Role & responsibilities

• Facilitate in Manpower planning & Recruitment.
• Assist Organizational Development Initiatives and Employee Engagement Activities.
• Perform on boarding exercise
• Perform Industrial relations functions.
• Communication & Information System& preparing correspondence as guided by the Manager.
• Employee personal file maintenance
• Data entry with respect to other HR Functions.
• Facilitate Separation process
• Time Office & Leave Management
• Payroll Process.
• Knowledge on HRMS software.
• Other Secretarial work
• Typing Correspondence
• Adhere to Khivraj Motors rules & regulations
• Branch Visit.
