Hiring: HR Manager Location: Paras Pearls Mall, Agra Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Depends on Interview) Experience Required: 3–5 YearsRoles & Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding.Handle bulk hiring requirements as and when needed.Manage payroll processing and attendance records.Maintain employee records and HR documentation.Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance tracking.Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor regulations.Conduct interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
