Job Title: HR Manager - Manufacturing (Plant HR)

Location: Byrnihat, Assam

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations for a leading manufacturing unit (CMJ Breweries). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in plant HR, statutory compliance, industrial relations, payroll, recruitment, and performance management.

Eligibility & Experience

Minimum 10 years of total HR experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager.

Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, or Alcobev industry preferred.

Qualifications

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing unit.
• Ensure compliance with statutory labour laws including ESI, PF, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.
• Oversee payroll processing and attendance management.
• Handle industrial relations and employee grievance management.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with management on HR policies and legal compliance.

Preferred Candidate
