Human Resource Management Trainer in Bhubaneswar, Khordha

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive training sessions on core Human Resource Management topics such as recruitment, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, labour laws, and HR analytics
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and case studies for effective learning
• Assess student performance, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback
• Organize practical activities, workshops, and industry-oriented training sessions
• Mentor students on career development, interview preparation, and placement readiness
• Coordinate with college management on academic progress and training delivery
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends, tools, and industry practices
• Design engaging and interactive classroom experiences to enhance student learning
• Support development of students’ practical HR skills through real-world applications
