About The Opportunity

A dynamic HR consulting firm operating across India, we partner with fast-scaling startups and mid-market enterprises to align people strategy with business growth. We specialize in building high-performance cultures, scaling talent operations, and enabling strategic HR decisions through data, empathy, and execution excellence—without the corporate bureaucracy.

Role & Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate strategic goals into talent roadmaps, workforce planning, and people initiatives.
• Act as the primary HR liaison for assigned business units, driving engagement, performance management, and culture initiatives.
• Lead employee relations efforts—mediate conflicts, advise on policy application, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Design and implement onboarding, retention, and exit processes tailored to business unit needs and employee experience.
• Collaborate with L&D and Compensation teams to align training programs and reward structures with performance outcomes.
• Use HR analytics to track people metrics (attrition, engagement, productivity) and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, BambooHR)
• Employee Lifecycle Management
• Labour Law Compliance (Code on Wages, OSH, Social Security)
• Performance Management Systems
• Conflict Resolution & Mediation
• HR Analytics Dashboards

Preferred

• Experience in startup or fast-growth environments
• Knowledge of agile HR frameworks or OKR-based people planning
• HR Tech stack exposure (LMS, Survey tools, ATS)
