Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-orientated HR executive with strong recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (70%)

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, WorkIndia, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and management.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Manage offer roll-out, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Achieve recruitment targets and hiring timelines.

HR Operations (30%)

• Support onboarding and document collection.
• Maintain employee records and recruitment documentation.
• Assist in HR reporting and recruitment MIS.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

• Immediate joiner preferred.
• Experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring.
