Role Description

The HR Recruiter Trainee will support the talent acquisition process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. In this full-time, on-site role based in Noida, the trainee will assist with posting job descriptions, conducting initial phone or video screenings, and supporting hiring managers with scheduling and follow-up. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in HR systems, contributing to employer branding activities, and helping ensure a positive candidate experience. The trainee will work closely with experienced HR professionals, gaining exposure to recruitment best practices and broader HR operations.

Qualifications

  • Foundational knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace and comfort working with recruitment or HR software tools.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and maintain confidentiality of HR data.
  • Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Interest in building a career in HR and talent acquisition; prior internship or project experience in HR is an advantage.
  • Openness to learn, adapt to new processes, and contribute to a fast-paced, growth-focused organization in the travel industry.
