HR Recruiter (Non-IT)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end Non-IT recruitment cycle.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and campus drives.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while meeting recruitment KPIs.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
• Coordinate offer roll-out, salary negotiations, and onboarding formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct recruitment drives, walk-ins, and job fairs as required.
• Travel to company branches on a monthly basis to support local hiring, interview candidates, and understand branch manpower requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports for management.
• Stay updated on market hiring trends and recommend effective sourcing strategies.
