Hr Recruiter Lucknow (India)

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and qualified networks.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate technical and managerial interview schedules.

Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Negotiate salary and prepare offer letters.

Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.

Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.

Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives, where applicable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
