HR Recruiter – IT & Non-IT Recruitment

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT Infrastructure and Non-IT positions. The candidate should be capable of managing the complete recruitment cycle, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.

Recruit for IT Infrastructure and Non-IT positions across various levels.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and internal databases.

Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.

Coordinate technical, managerial, and client interviews.

Schedule interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.

Negotiate salary, release offer letters, and coordinate the joining process.

Ensure timely closures as per hiring SLA and business requirements.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring and critical positions.

Coordinate with internal departments for pre-joining and onboarding formalities.

Support employer branding activities, job postings, and campus hiring drives whenever required.

Mandatory Skills

Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.

Hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure recruitment is mandatory.

Experience in Non-IT hiring will be an added advantage.

Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.

Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and recruitment MIS.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred IT Infrastructure Hiring Experience

Candidates with hiring experience for roles such as Desktop Support Engineer, Network Engineer, System Administrator, NOC Engineer, Cloud Support Engineer, Server Administrator, Security Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, IT Operations Engineer, and Field Support Engineer will be preferred.
