Job Description

Skillnix Recruitment Services Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Interns to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship provides hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment by working on live client requirements across multiple industries.

Roles & Responsibilities

•

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.

•

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

•

Shortlist candidates based on client requirements.

•

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

•

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

•

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

•

Assist in onboarding and recruitment documentation.

•

Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.

Eligibility

•

Graduate or pursuing graduation (Any Stream).

•

Strong interest in Human Resources and Recruitment.

•

Good verbal and written communication skills.

•

Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and internet browsing.

•

Own laptop with a stable internet connection.

•

Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
