About the roleWe are seeking a targetdriven HR Recruiter to lead the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions. The role is focused on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and ensuring candidates join on time. Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.Key responsibilitiesSource candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and existing talent pools.Screen applicants on skills, experience, salary expectations, notice period and location fit.Manage endtoend recruitment from sourcing to candidate joining.Coordinate interviews, assessments, feedback, salary discussions and offer rollouts.Maintain regular followups during notice periods to minimise backouts.Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously while ensuring quality submissions.Update ATS/CRM daily with candidate status, interview schedules and joining details.Required profile14 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing consultancy or highvolume hiring.Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation and followup abilities.Comfortable working in a targetdriven environment with multiple open positions.Excellent communication in Hindi and English.High ownership, discipline, attention to detail and resultoriented mindset.Required skillsProficiency with ATS and CRM tools.Experience using MS Excel for data management.What we offerCompetitive salary based on experience and current CTC.Fulltime, onsite role in Jaipur with immediate start.
