HR : Recruiter cum people success specialist - LLM Data Annotation team (India)

Role Description

This is a remote full time role for a Recruiter and People Success Specialist for the LLM Data Annotation team. Role has two parts:

A. The Recruitment and onboarding : managing the fast paced recruitment process, identifying and attracting top talent, supporting the onboarding process.

B. Managing success of the Campaign : Will be additionally managing the Campaigns for the LLM programs. Manage the Customer interactions, work closely with the Recruits to align the work schedules. Ensuring maximum deployment on each campaigns. Responsibilities include LLM Campaign management - developing strategies to enhance engagement, managing team performance, and fostering a positive work workplace.

Qualifications

Experience in recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition

Strong understanding of human resource management and people success strategies

Ability to conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage onboarding processes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Capacity to work independently and effectively in a remote setting

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience in managing teams or individuals specifically in data annotation or related fields is a must

Preferably from Hyderabad
