HR Operation Manager

Experience: 6–10 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations, payroll, statutory compliance, employee relations, and HR process management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR operations, labour laws, HRIS, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Handle payroll, F&F settlements, PF, ESIC, PT, and statutory compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and HR processes.
• Maintain HRIS, employee records, and MIS reports.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and POSH compliance.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and HR audits.
• Partner with leadership to drive HR initiatives and process improvements.
