Urgently required Senior HR Manager for the well-known turnkey cleanroom solution in Wagle-Estate, Thane

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for turnkey projects, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Coordinate joining formalities and salary negotiations with selected candidates.
• Generate offers and manage offer generation process from start to finish.
• Conduct HR generalist activities such as employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and performance management systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to human resources.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in HR role with expertise in cleanroom industry or similar environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management (B.B.A. / B.M.S.).
• Strong understanding of HR Generalist Activities, Joining Formalities, Offer Generation, Salary Negotiation skills required.
