👤 WHO YOU ARE

• Experience: 0 to 4 years in HR (Freshers with intense drive are highly encouraged to apply!), with a heavy emphasis on recruitment.
• Mindset: You have worked in (or are prepared for) a challenging, startup-like environment where you roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
• Skills: Excellent communication, sharp negotiation abilities, and a strategic approach to finding the right fit, not just filling a vacancy.
