HR Manager Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement

About the roleIZI is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its human resources function in Bhopal. You will drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management and HR operations while fostering a positive workplace culture within a fastgrowing technology company.Key responsibilitiesManage endtoend recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, processes and best practices.Oversee employee onboarding, induction and offboarding procedures.Drive employee engagement, retention and culture initiatives.Administer performance appraisal cycles, KPI tracking and development plans.Handle employee relations, grievance resolution and disciplinary actions.Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies and statutory requirements.Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce needs.Generate HR reports and provide insights on hiring, attrition, attendance and performance.Support learning and development, identifying training needs across departments.Manage HRMS, ensuring accurate employee data management.Required profileBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.48 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.Strong understanding of recruitment, HR operations, performance management and employee engagement.Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflictresolution abilities.Strong organisational and leadership skills.Required skillsProficiency in MS Excel.Experience with Google Workspace.Handson experience with HRMS platforms.Familiarity with Keka HRMS (preferred).
