HR Manager – Talent Acquisition

Role Overview We are looking for an HR Manager with strong experience in Talent Acquisition to handle the company's hiring requirements. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, coordinating with external recruitment agencies, and working closely with hiring managers to ensure positions are filled with the right talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment across different functions and levels.

Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and staffing partners for ongoing hiring needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment vendors and monitor their performance.

Understand hiring requirements from business teams and plan recruitment accordingly.

Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the interview process with stakeholders.

Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining the quality of hires.

Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate pipelines.

Support employer branding and other talent acquisition initiatives as required.

Desired Candidate

Profile 5–8 years of experience in HR with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition.

Hands-on experience in managing external recruitment agencies.

Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Good understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.

Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working with ATS or recruitment portals will be an added advantage.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
