HR Manager - Remote

We are looking for an HR Manager with 3+ years of experience to build and manage the people function at Conqr.ai. You will partner with the founding team to drive hiring, HR operations, payroll, performance management, and employee engagement in a fast-growing AI Legal Technology company.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Manager roles.

•

Experience managing end-to-end HR operations.

•

Strong hiring and talent acquisition experience.

•

Hands-on experience with payroll management and statutory compliance.

•

Experience in employee onboarding and offboarding.

•

Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and documentation.

•

Experience managing attendance, leave, and employee records.

•

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

•

Experience driving performance management processes.

•

High level of confidentiality, ownership, and integrity.

•

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

•

Partner with the founding team to build and scale the people function.

•

Manage end-to-end HR operations, attendance, leave, and employee records.

•

Drive end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.

•

Prepare and refine job descriptions with hiring managers.

•

Process payroll accurately while coordinating with finance.

•

Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.

•

Design and improve employee onboarding programs.

•

Maintain HR documentation and trackers.

•

Support performance reviews, feedback cycles, and goal tracking.

•

Resolve employee queries and foster a positive work culture.

•

Develop HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal communication.

•

Support additional HR initiatives aligned with business needs.
