Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen, assess, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for each role.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Profile

✔ 3–5 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.

✔

Hands-on recruitment experience within Kerala is essential.

✔ Strong sourcing skills and an established professional network across Kerala.

✔ Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

✔ Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and consistently meet hiring timelines.

Preferred Candidate

✔ Immediate joiners will be given preference.

✔ Candidates currently residing in or around

Thrissur, Kerala
