• Handle end -to -end HR operations for manufacturing plants and head office

Manage plant -level HR including manpower planning, attendance, shift management, statutory compliances, and contract labour

Handle labour law compliance, inspections, and audits

Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, HR MIS, and performance management

Drive employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling

Act as a bridge between management and shop -floor workforce
