Job Description & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & manpower planning
  • Employee onboarding and documentation
  • Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Performance management and employee engagement
  • Training & development
  • HR compliance and policy implementation
  • MIS and HR reporting

Eligibility

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
  • 4–8 years of HR experience (automobile/dealership experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR processes

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
