Experience: 5 - 7 Years The Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end Human Resource operations while ensuring full statutory and labour law compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Industrial Relations, employee lifecycle management, recruitment, payroll, HR policies, and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
• Manage onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exits.
• Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Factory Act, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity.
• Handle IR, ER, disciplinary matters and legal notices.
• Draft HR policies, appointment letters and SOPs.
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave and HRMS.
• Drive engagement, performance management and training.
• Coordinate with legal consultants and authorities.
• Prepare HR MIS and compliance reports.

Background

5 - 7 years in HR.

Educational Qualification

Preferred: LL.B. + MSW. MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
