HR Manager

We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment.

Write catchy, clear and engaging job descriptions and pick the right channels to post them, with a focus on quality, speed and culture fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and run the recruitment cycle
• Prioritize hiring needs smartly based on business goals.
• Build and nurture a strong candidate network.
• Hands-on with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, etc.
• Forming and maintaining employee records.
• Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
