Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Experience Required: 5–10 Years

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations for our pharmaceutical manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to blue-collar workforce management, industrial relations, recruitment, and employee engagement within a manufacturing environment.
This role requires an HR professional who can effectively partner with production and operations teams while ensuring smooth HR processes, statutory compliance, and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and operational roles.
- Plan and execute workforce hiring based on production requirements.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
- Manage Industrial Relations (IR) and maintain healthy relationships between management and the workforce.
- Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues effectively.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure adequate manpower availability.
- Drive employee engagement, attendance monitoring, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and manpower MIS.
- Support disciplinary actions and conduct domestic inquiries whenever required.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve HR processes and workforce productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, MBA (HR), or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or Industrial sector.
- Solid experience in blue-collar hiring and workforce management.
- Hands-on experience in Industrial Relations (IR) and grievance handling.
- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience working closely with production and operations teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing plants is highly preferred.
- Exposure to large-scale blue-collar recruitment.
- Strong understanding of factory HR operations and manpower planning.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions.
- A proactive, people-oriented professional with excellent leadership skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
