HR Manager - Manufacturing Industry

• Recruitment Support
• Post job openings on portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and coordinate with

consultants/agencies

• Screen resumes and schedule interviews
• Coordinate interview logistics and communicate with candidates through the process
• Assist with offer letter preparation and documentation for new joiners
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines
• Onboarding & Employee Records
• Conduct onboarding formalities documentation, ID cards, induction coordination
• Maintain and update employee personal files (physical and digital)
• Track probation and confirmation timelines
• Attendance & Payroll Support
• Maintain attendance and leave records
• Coordinate with accounts/payroll for monthly salary processing inputs
• Track and follow up on employee reimbursements/claims
• Statutory Compliance (Support Level)
• Assist in maintaining PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and Labour Welfare Fund records
• Support timely filing and documentation for statutory registers under Factories Act /

Shops & Establishment Act

• Maintain compliance trackers and renewal calendars (licenses, registrations)
• Coordinate with statutory consultants/auditors as needed
• General Administration
• Manage office supplies, housekeeping, and vendor coordination for admin services
• Handle facility-related upkeep AMC tracking, repairs, utilities coordination
• Support travel and logistics arrangements for staff as needed
• Maintain records for company assets, insurance, and admin contracts
• Employee Engagement
• Support organizing internal events, celebrations, and engagement activities
• Act as a first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies
