Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations. Handle PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory compliance, CLRA, and other statutory requirements. Coordinate statutory audits and inspections. Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation. Liaise with government authorities and consultants for compliance matters. Ensure timely filing of returns and statutory payments.
  • Payroll Management Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing. Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, and deductions. Ensure timely salary disbursement and payroll accuracy. Handle full & final settlements. Coordinate with finance for payroll reconciliation. Prepare MIS reports related to payroll and employee cost. Manage employee queries related to salary and benefits.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Handle manpower planning in coordination with department heads. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all levels. Source candidates through job portals, consultants, references, and social media. Conduct screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding. Maintain recruitment trackers and joining reports. Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per TAT.
  • Administration Supervise overall administrative activities of the organization. Manage housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, guest house, and office maintenance. Handle vendor management and AMC coordination. Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and office upkeep. Monitor asset management and office consumables.
  • Employee Relations & HR Operations Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters. Ensure smooth onboarding and induction process. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Support performance management and appraisal processes. Organize employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives. Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Cross Functional Team (CFT) Coordination Participate in CFT meetings for manpower planning, production support, compliance updates, and organizational development initiatives. Coordinate with Production, QA, Finance, SCM, and other departments for HR and administrative support. Track departmental HR-related action items and closure timelines.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
