JOB ROLE-

The HR Executive HR Operations will manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, HRMS dashboard maintenance, HR analytics, manpower forecasting, HR reporting, HR documentation and basic HR strategy support for Shyamoli Paribahan Private Limited.

The role is suitable for a candidate from a B2C or customer-facing service industry where employee behaviour, attendance, grooming, discipline, service quality and manpower availability directly affect customer experience. The candidate must be comfortable working with both white-collar and operational/frontline employees.
