• Managing end-to-end recruitment process
• Handling onboarding & exit formalities
• Maintaining employee records & documentation
• Managing attendance, leave & payroll coordination
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws & company policies
• Handling employee engagement activities
• Resolving employee queries & grievances
• Supporting performance management process
• Preparing HR reports and MIS
