HR Manager Fresher

We are hiring an HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) Fresher. to support recruitment and hiring activities. The role includes candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding support and maintaining recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment activities for assigned positions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates during the hiring process
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Skills & Qualifications

• Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Excellent English communication skills.
