Job Description

Position Title: Manager Human Resources

Reports To: Head HR / Senior Management

Location: Bangalore

Role Objective

Lead the HR function by developing strategies, policies, and frameworks that align with organizational goals, while ensuring compliance and fostering employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Partner with leadership for workforce planning and organizational development.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
• Drive performance management systems and employee engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and labor laws.
• Manage HR budgets and monitor HR KPIs.
• Lead grievance redressal and disciplinary processes.
• Mentor and guide HR team members.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 710 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR systems, and organizational development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
