We're Hiring | HR Manager (Manufacturing)

CubeCrete AAC Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and passionate HR Manager to lead our Plant HR operations at our manufacturing facility in Mannivakkam, Chennai.

If you have a strong background in Industrial Relations, Statutory Compliance, Payroll, and Factory HR, we'd love to hear from you.

Experience

• 3–8 years of experience in Human Resources
• Mandatory experience in a manufacturing/factory environment
• Strong exposure to Industrial Relations (IR), Personnel Management, and Labour Laws

Qualification

• Graduate / Post Graduate
• MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management preferred

Preferred Language Skills

• Tamil (Mandatory)
• Hindi (Preferred)
• English (Mandatory)
• Malayalam (Added Advantage)

Salary ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
