• Headcount Planning: Forecast hiring needs for roles like Sales Advisors, Finance & Insurance (F&I) Managers, and Service Technicians.

• Performance & Culture Management
• Incentive Structuring: Develop competitive compensation plans, commission structures, and bonus programs tailored to sales and aftersales targets. [1, 2, 3]
