HR Manager ( Affiliate Industry ) (India)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Executive with a strong background in the Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for affiliate marketing, media buying, business development, sales, and digital marketing roles.
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with suitable candidates.
• Conduct HR interviews and assess candidates based on communication, skills, and cultural fit.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or AdTech industry.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing roles such as Affiliate Managers, Media Buyers, Account Managers, Business Development Executives, and Campaign Managers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Robust interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Experience using job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring for CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare, Media Buying, and Digital Marketing profiles.
• Strong networking and talent acquisition skills.
• Positive attitude with excellent stakeholder management.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
