We are looking for an experienced HR professional with 3-4 years of expertise in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, HR operations, and employee engagement while ensuring a seamless employee experience. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills are essential, along with hands-on experience using job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of responsibilities, and contributes to building a high-performing team and positive workplace culture.
