Role & responsibilities

HR-IR (Human Resources & Industrial Relations) is responsible for managing employee lifecycle activities (recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, training, performance, welfare, and records) and maintaining healthy relations between management and employees/workers. The role also ensures compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements, handles grievances, disciplinary matters, union/worker issues, and coordinates with labour authorities to maintain industrial peace and smooth business operations.
