• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitme bynt and onboarding to talent development and retention strategies.
• Implement robust performance management systems of employees and career development trainings to drive high performance and growth.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and nurturing an inclusive and positive working environment.
• Report to management using HR metrics and data analytics to provide decision support and measure initiative effectiveness.
