Overview of Job

Freshers HR executives assists with various human resources tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and data entry. They help maintain employee records, support HR projects, and handle administrative duties. This fresher-level role provides valuable exposure to HR processes and practices while gaining hands-on experience in the field.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Sourcing and hiring through job portals.
• Screening candidates.
• Identifying candidates as per requisition.
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and concerned panels.
• Data reporting
• Regular follow-ups with candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good Communication skills.
• Should be problem solving
• Should be a good learner.
• Team Player.
• Basic PC skills.
