✅ End-to-End Recruitment

✅ International Hiring (Mandatory)

✅ Talent Acquisition & Candidate Management

✅ Sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri & Other Job Portals

✅ IT & Non-IT/BPO Recruitment

✅ Vendor & Freelancer Management

✅ Interview Coordination & Candidate Engagement

✅ Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management

What We're Looking For

✔️ 2–3 years of recruitment experience

✔️ Hands-on experience in International Hiring

✔️ Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other hiring platforms

✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
