HR Executive (Recruitment and Compliance)

Job Summary

One of the fast growing QSR (Quick Service Restuarant) in Bengaluru is looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, statutory compliance, Recruitment, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong compliance knowledge, attention to detail, and experience in handling Operations independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer issuance, and onboarding for corporate and outlet manpower requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies in coordination with department heads and restaurant managers.
• Maintain employee records, personal files, HRMS, and all HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, including Minimum Wages, Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain statutory registers, employee records, and documentation required for internal and external audits and labour inspections.
• Coordinate with the Payroll, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure accurate employee data and statutory compliance.
• Prepare and submit periodic HR reports, including recruitment status, manpower, attrition, and compliance MIS.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, address routine HR queries, and assist in implementing HR policies and disciplinary procedures.
• Perform any other HR, recruitment, or compliance-related responsibilities assigned by the HR Manager or Management from time to time.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
