Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic HR cum Social Media Executive to manage recruitment activities while strengthening our online brand presence. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the IT industry, possess excellent English communication skills, and be passionate about social media content creation, employer branding, and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and HR operations.

Social Media Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Write captions, social media posts, and short marketing content in fluent English.
• Design and publish regular posts, stories, and reels (basic editing skills preferred).
• Coordinate with the marketing team to plan monthly content calendars.
• Promote company culture, hiring updates, achievements, and IT services.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments and messages professionally.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, AI tools, and digital marketing practices.
• Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns through social media.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT company.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with recruitment and HR processes.
• Social media content creation and copywriting skills.
• Knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube content strategies.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with short-form video creation (Reels/Shorts) is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar content creation tools is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of IT services such as Website Development, Mobile App Development, Software Development, ERP, and Digital Marketing.
