Hiring: GitHub Actions Engineer – CI/CD & DevSecOps 🚀

We are looking for a mid-level GitHub Actions Engineer (4–6 years) to design, build, and scale automated workflows and self-hosted runner infrastructure for our enterprise applications.

What You’ll Do (The Mission)

Workflow Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain reusable GitHub Actions workflows, composite actions, and shared workflow templates.

Runner Infrastructure: Set up and manage self-hosted runners, runner groups, and auto-scaling strategies for on-prem and cloud workloads.

Securing the Pipeline: Embed security gates into workflows using CodeQL, Dependabot, Secret Scanning, and tools like Trivy, Snyk, or SonarQube.

Cloud & Keyless Deployments: Integrate pipelines with AWS/Azure/GCP using OIDC-based federated authentication for secure, keyless cloud deployments.

Performance Tuning: Optimize pipeline execution times through matrix builds, dependency caching, and efficient artifact management.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 4–6 years in CI/CD, build & release engineering, or DevOps, with deep, hands-on experience authoring GitHub Actions workflows (YAML).

Containers & IaC: Strong skills with Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and Terraform or Ansible.

Automation: Proficiency in Bash, Python, or PowerShell for custom pipeline scripting.

Cloud & Git: Practical experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP) and solid Git workflow knowledge (Trunk-based / GitFlow).

Bonus Points For

🏅 GitHub Actions or Cloud certifications.

🔄 Prior experience migrating legacy pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) over to GitHub Actions.

🛡️ Deep understanding of OIDC patterns for identity federation.
