About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Frontend Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, and React Native, along with proven experience in leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and interacting directly with clients.

This role requires a balance of technical leadership, people management, solution design, and hands-on development. The candidate should be capable of driving frontend architecture decisions while also contributing as an individual contributor whenever required.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead frontend development initiatives across web and mobile applications.Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend architectures.Drive technical decisions, code quality standards, and development best practices.Mentor, coach, and guide frontend developers to improve technical capabilities.Participate in project planning, effort estimation, and sprint execution.Collaborate closely with backend, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, and product teams.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.Engage directly with clients for requirement discussions, technical solutions, and project updates.Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.Take ownership of frontend releases and deployment coordination.Contribute hands-on to development whenever the project needs demand.Required Technical SkillsFrontend TechnologiesReact.jsNext.jsReact NativeJavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScriptHTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASSResponsive and Mobile-First DevelopmentREST API and Third-Party API IntegrationGit and Git WorkflowsWebpack/ViteNPM/YarnCI/CD fundamentalsLeadership & Management SkillsMinimum 2 years of experience leading frontend teams.Proven experience managing and mentoring developers.Strong client-facing communication skills.Experience in requirement gathering and technical discussions.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Strong ownership, accountability, and decision-making skills.Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.Good to HaveBasic understanding of Node.js and backend APIs.Experience with AWS cloud services.Knowledge of Microservices architecture.Experience with Docker and modern deployment practices.Exposure to SaaS or multi-tenant applications.Experience publishing and maintaining React Native applications on Android and iOS stores.Thanks .
