Hiring: HR ManagerLocation: Malad West, MumbaiExperience: 5+ YearsWe are hiring for an HR Manager for one of our clients, a leading manufacturing company.Key Responsibilities: End-to-end HR Operations & Administration Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Payroll & Attendance Coordination Labour Law & Statutory Compliance Experience handling blue-collar employees Performance Management & Employee Engagement HR Policies, SOPs & Documentation Contractor Manpower Management Training & Organizational Development HRMS/ERP systems (Keka, Odoo or similar), MS Excel & AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.)Preferred Profile: Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and HR operations. Experience handling Blue-collar employees.
