About the Role

Mobiloitte Technologies is looking for an experienced and passionate AI Trainer to design and deliver industry-focused training programs for engineering students and fresh graduates. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and modern AI development tools, along with excellent presentation and mentoring skills.

The role involves conducting offline classroom sessions at colleges as well as online training programs, helping students become industry-ready through hands-on learning, projects, and real-world AI use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions on Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
• Conduct both offline workshops at engineering colleges and online instructor-led training sessions.
• Train freshers on AI concepts through practical demonstrations, live coding, case studies, and industry projects.
• Develop training content, presentations, assignments, assessments, and hands-on labs.
• Mentor students on AI fundamentals, problem-solving, and real-world implementation.
• Evaluate student performance through quizzes, projects, coding assignments, and presentations.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and continuously enhance the training curriculum.
• Represent Mobiloitte during campus engagements, faculty development programs, seminars, and AI awareness sessions.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Prompt Engineering and AI workflow design
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• AI Agents / Agentic AI concepts
• Python programming
• OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI platforms
• LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent AI orchestration frameworks
• REST APIs and AI integrations
• Git/GitHub

Good to Have

• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Knowledge of Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate)
• Exposure to AI deployment on Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience in hackathons, technical bootcamps, or faculty development programs
• Certifications in AI/ML or Generative AI

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI Development, AI Training, Technical Training, or Learning & Development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Comfortable travelling to colleges for offline training sessions.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for freshers and engineering students.
