Job Summary

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for healthcare, nursing roles with our US-based clients. You will work closely with account managers to meet hiring needs through various channels, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

What we are looking for

Proven experience in healthcare staffing (allied and/or nursing)

Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards, Boolean search)

Experience working on VMS/MSP roles.

Ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently.

Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline (Life Sciences/Pharma background preferred, not mandatory).

Experience: 0 - 6 Months of experience in US Staffing recruitment (Healthcare domain preferred).

Strong understanding of US hiring models W2 and MSP/VMS processes.

Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced, target-driven workplace.

Willingness to work night shifts (US business hours).
